Like any Project Manager, great documentation is critical to success. It can’t just be good. The ability to reference approved documentation if confusion exists (and when doesn’t it), is one of the best tools a Project Manager can have when discrepancies exist and expectations are not met.

I say this because… I write a lot – and I’ve tried to shift my thinking toward a more visual approach.

Disclaimer: I’m not a designer, but life is all about trying new things. I also know this isn’t super impressive, but is something to build on.

Therefore, when I found myself in a situation trying to show increased cost estimate, I turned to one of my favorite website Canva to develop a cost summary.

If I get the time to do more of this – I’ll be sure to share it. Feedback or suggestions – let me know!
